Our Mission is to pursue the empowerment of students and young people of Charlotte through expanding civic education and action. 

About Us

Charlotte Students United was founded in September of 2024 in order to help represent students in politics, with a focus on local and statewide issues. We aim to educate students through a variety of ways about issues important to young people across Charlotte, as well as representing them at meetings such as the city council, county commissioners, and more. Charlotte Students United has a membership system, where our members are able to participate in organizational votes and make organizational decisions. Additionally, members can lead committees to accomplish goals related to issues they feel passionate about. Through this system, we hope to empower students to take action and make changes in our city and state.
